Annual Cemetery License Renewal REMINDER
The GA Sec of State Office is reminding you that - It is annual renewal time for the following license types:
• Preneed Dealer (PM) $100.00 Renewal Fee
• Merchandise Dealer (MD): $50.00 Renewal Fee
• Perpetual Care Cemetery (PC): $50.00 Renewal Fee
• Perpetual Care Preneed Cemetery (PCPN): $150.00 Renewal Fee
• Preneed Funeral Home (PF): $100.00 Renewal Fee
Renewals are due by August 1st and this year we are extending the renewal deadline to September 1.. Forms have been mailed out, however, you can visit the GA Sec of State website for additional options to retrieve renewal forms.
